Sequim isn’t just charming, it’s surprisingly sunny. Thanks to the Olympic rain shadow, Sequim receives about 16 inches of rain per year, compared to over 80 in Forks. That makes it a sweet spot for retirees, gardeners, and anyone who loves the Pacific Northwest but not the constant drizzle.

I’ve had clients move from other parts of Washington just to soak up a little more sunshine. They’re amazed at how different the weather can be just 20 miles away.
